We have just arrange a weekend visit from John Capewell Sensei and his wife.
John has trained with both the late Nishihira Sensei, and Toma Sensei in Okinawa. And is a long term student of Ted Sensei.
Training will take place Sat 13th, Sun 14th and Mon 15th July at our Dojo.
We will train 3 hours each day, with the rest of the time will be spent showing off Sussex and relaxing with our visitors.
My thanks as always to my wonderful students who enable these things to happen.
