On Friday 15th Feb, myself, Jim B, Scott and Jamie are off to Italy to train with Sensei.
We make 2 trips each year and train for 4 days.
The chance to visit the Honbu is open to all Shoshinkan UK students, the training is demanding but very rewarding.
We will cover a huge amount of material, and as always in great detail. Seito Matsumura is hard, make no mistake about that!
Our Italian friends really look after us, and we hope they can visit us in the summer again.
I was fortunate enough to be asked again to teach Tegumi (Hand Wrestling) on the Sunday seminar, Sensei then followed with TuiTe (Catch Hand). We had a great time and several students traveled in to train.
